What happens if I cheat on the HCG Diet?

 

The worst that could happen, would be to not do the diet at all, because you have an event coming up next month, when you will definitely be eating a lot of food. Breaking the diet for one day, is something that nearly everyone has had to do, just once, just to see what happens. You may not lose a pound that day. You may even gain a pound, depending on how much you ate. However, you can just get back on the diet the next day, and continue as before…not a big deal.

If you have an important event coming up, like Thanksgiving or a party, etc, you can make that day one of your two “carb loading days”, which are required to begin the diet. Then you can eat whatever you like that day and also the next day, while using the HCG spray. Unfortunately, when you are more than 15 or 20 lbs overweight, the body is forced to manufacture more fat cells to store the new fat. The body is also forced to create a whole new infrastructure of capillary tubing in order to support all of the additional fat. For every pound of fat, there is one mile of blood vessels required to accommodate it. Consequently, a person who is 40 lbs. overweight requires about 40 miles of capillary tubing to accommodate the fat.

Those last stubborn 10 lbs. is the weight of the infrastructure that was once needed to store the fat. Since fat cells have mass, they also have weight, even though they are empty and tiny. So now we may still have an extra 20 to 50 million extra fat cells, that are adding to the overall weight problem.   • Mild hunger will vary from time to time from person to person and will usually last only a few days initially. Most will have no problem at all.

What is a Calorie

One ounce of fat is 219 calories!

If one pound of body fat equals about 3,500 calories.  Then, what exactly is a calorie?
